Call to Order
The President called the meeting to order at 19:00 and determined there was a quorum with all members present.
Reading & Approval of the Minutes of Previous Meeting
The Secretary had e-mailed minutes from the previous meeting.

Old Business: Standing Committee Reports
Facilities & Grounds – Jim Pidgeon
§ Update on rats (Nancy) - Over 36 have been caught, many more may have eaten poison on the uplands & died there.
§ Question about parking lot resurfacing timeline. – JP will get contractors to reseal cracks.
§ Cleanup day? Fall cleanup?? Decided to wait til Spring.
§ Gutters still need done – will get a contractor name from Jory.
§ Catch basins can be done - Primativo (Landscaper). Nancy will talk to him.
§ Underwater growth in the inner channel. Allow residents (Dave Creek & Gerry Abrams) to follow up And a big thank you to both of them.
o Fire, Security And Safety – Brad Pendergraft
§ Fence issue. – We will use metal zip ties to repair the fence.
§ Homeless people on the moorage – Brad will send a letter to all on a recommendation to call police. – Also we will post “No Trespassing” signs.
§ Cars without parking stickers. – Reminder to moorage to revisit their parking stickers.
§ Stop sign infractions & Speeding– We can mount the camera facing out the drive and a reminder will be sent out to residents.
§ Also a reminder about not leaving garage & gate remotes in plain view in cars parked in the lot.
Architectural Review – Walt LeDoux
§ Weeds at #41. – ARC will send a letter to clean up weeds or remove logs.
o By-Laws, CC&Rs And Rules – Nancy Lindgren
§ Nancy presented a 2nd draft of rules governing new & existing circuits in garages. The BOD provided inputs to the draft. Concern is the excess current causing a breaker trip. And main interest is to limit owners to either a car OR an appliance.

Walt will be leaving the BOD around 1 Nov (moving to Keizer, Or) – He will help his replacement(s) to learn the Secretary duties and the Gate system duties.
