Call to Order
The President called the meeting to order at 19:03 and determined there was a quorum with all members present.
Reading & Approval of the Minutes of Previous Meeting
The Secretary had e-mailed minutes from the previous meeting.
Motioned, seconded and passed unanimously to approve the previous Board Meeting minutes.
Treasurer’s Report
All HOA payments received for March.
March Water $6,246.14.
MTD @ 97.6% of budget and YTD @ 109.9% of budget.
February paid March Landscaping $2,585.00.
MTD @ 99.4% of budget and YTD @ 100.1% of budget.
MTD Total Expenses for March were 98.3% of budget & YTD Total Expenses are 106.5% of budget.
March Cash Reserves are $457,861.25 with Schwab.
Cash balance is $57,861.25.
Cash Balance includes Tax & Insurance Set Aside of $19,998.00.
Purchased Whitney Natl Bank NY, $50,000, .7%, 4/20/2017.

Old Business: Standing Committee Reports
Facilities & Grounds – Jim Pidgeon
· Dumpster Issues – Sec will send reminder to all - Rugs, Old Blinds, Old planters, Etc are not to be dumped in the dumpster.
· Groundskeepers ask that vehicles be parked at least a foot from the curb (so as not to overhang) to avoid interference with the sprinklers.
· Spring Clean up – Proposed June 11 – Sec to send out email asking for volunteers.
· CW will be working on new replacement ramp lights
o Fire, Security And Safety – Brad Pendergraft
§ Gate between garages will be locked or bolted closed.
§ Stop Sign & speed limit – Lengthy Discussion. Brad will Research options again.
§ Commercial vehicle parking – still an issue and BOD had a lengthy discussion – Walt suggested we readdress Rules Para 5.
Architectural Review – Walt LeDoux
· Slip owner with fascia board into gas line – ARC will send letter
o By-Laws, CC&Rs And Rules – Nancy Lindgren.

§ Water issues with city – Brad will address with Roy (21).
§ Sec to send email asking for volunteers for committees.
§ Walt suggested that as a general solution to dumpster, parking, speeding issues we could install a few “critter cams” – cost @ $50 each and they could be moved around..
