• The President called the meeting to order & determined there was a quorum with 4 Members Present

o        Moved & Seconded to Ratify/Indemnify Actions of Directors of Prior Year.

o        Passed unanimously

o        Election of Officers.

• Walt LeDoux Moved that we elect the following Board Members to the following Officer positions:

o   President: (Rick Ruffo) (Violation & Adjudication Committee)

o   1^st Vice President: (Brad Pendergraft) (Fire Safery, & Security Committee)

o   2^nd Vice President: (Jim Pidgeon) (Facility & Grounds Committee)

o   Secretary: (Walt LeDoux) (Architectural Review Committee)

o   Treasurer: (Nancy Lindgren) (By-Laws, CC&Rs And Rules Committee)
