Facilities & Grounds – Jory Abrams
§ Honey Pots – All 18 cleaned – billing in process. Most got recommendations for high water alarms
§ Pump Station Breakers – As breakers were being replaced, 1 pump shut down for the Jam condition. Walt will add a warning to the new member letter about dis-allowed sewage items.
§ Lights – CW converting many lights to LED and will drill drains in all fixtures.
§ George is Reading Sewage Meter
§ Standoffs/piling followers – taken care of & billed to home owners
§ Storm Water Charge Discussion - meeting on this matter next Tuesday. Jory is willing to attend but we should just keep a low profile.

§ Standpipe repair –Valve replaced on standpipe, total cost was $187. Hole in underwater pipe repaired for $250 but the pipe is rusted so no guarantees it will hold under pressure
§ Email sent to 53 concerning delay in project completion. Response back from them was that they never agreed to a completion date. While the BOD won’t pursue this further, neither the BOD nor the ARC have a desire to negotiate with homeowners on agreements to or over ARC conditions.

§ Parking of vehicles on drive outside gate by Business Park Tenants. Rick is addressing issue with Business Park operator.
