§ Honey-pot Cleaning Day scheduled for Sept 24th. Received confirmation from Wibbing Pump. Sign-up sheets went up on Wed along with email to all owners. He can probably do 8 honeypots per day so checking to see if we can get a second day if more sign up. As of last night we had 9 folks signed up.
§ CW has been given the go-ahead to replace ballasts on ramp lights and replace bulbs on garage lights and replace GFIs in gazebos.
§ Dave Hoselitz asked to be replaced as sewer meter reader. I asked George Heiskell and he said yes. The new form that has to be filled in and faxed to the City each month is the same as he sends in from his work so he felt it would be easy peasy (he also has a fax which most of us don’t). I am grateful.
§ The new buoys are in. I have heard from many folks on the front that they are making a huge difference. Of course there will always be folks who plow through but amazing compliance so far.
§ New signs have been posted on both sides of the RR Bridge, piers. We were give a sign… was going to be placed at CW’s but it is missing. Stolen? As we each move up and down the river keep eyes open for it. I would guess it is about 4’x3’ white, red or black lettering.

o By-Laws, CC&Rs And Rules – Ann Jacobsen
§ No Report.

§ Cat Problems (again) – Sec. will compose letter to owner.
§ Dog droppings – Sec. will write stern letter addressed to all owners
§ Small policy change: When performing background checks, WHIMOA will only accepts BC payments from prospective new owners or owners acting as landlords (not from prospective tenants).
