o Annual Rate increases went into effect
• Water Volume, 7% from $3.682 to $3.940 per CCFF
• Sewer, 3.43% from $9.057 to $9.368 per CCF
o June (paid July) Landscaping $1,908.50, MTD @ 95.4% of budget and YTD@ 50% of annual budget.
o MTD Total Expenses for July are 95.7% of budget.
o YTD Total Expenses are 37.3% of annual budget.
o July Cash Reserves are $463,832.64 with Schwab.
o Cash balance is $103,832.64.
§ PS Breakers: Do not yet have a cost to replace PS breakers. Hope to have in time for next meeting but Wibbing Pump has been very busy.
§ New Buoys: State continues to maintain that they will be in place in front of our homes soon.
§ It was noted that several homes have decks or ledges either on or overhanging the moorage walkway.
§ Board approved CW to replace ballasts on ramp lights and garage lights.
§ Piling followers without rollers or pads. Several homes need attention. Nancy and Jory are following up with Owners
§ Jim Pidgeon requested having a POD in one parking space for 1-2 days. Board approved.

§ New FIRE LANE & WHEELCHAIR stencils arrived, they are very high quality. Will order a STOP stencil for inbound stop line
§ Walt’s fix on the man-gate handle seems to be holding.

§ Realtor Code will be changed immediately due to a breach in procedures. Nancy will contact realtors with new code.
