- The President called the meeting to order at 18:58
and determined there was a quorum with all members present.
- Reading & Approval of the Minutes of Previous Meeting
- The Secretary had e-mailed minutes from the
previous meeting.
- Motioned, seconded and passed unanimously to
approve the previous Board Meeting minutes.

All HOA fees are current.
o
June Water $4,470.73, MTD @ 89.4% of budget and YTD @ 50.9% of
budget.
o
May (paid June) Landscaping $1,870.00, MTD @ 93.5%
of budget and YTD@ 41.5% of budget.
o
June pipes maintenance (Repair of Sewer Leaks) $2,778.75 and was
charged to General Maintenance.
o
MTD Total Expenses for June are 117.2% of budget.
o
YTD Total Expenses are 32.4% of budget.
o
June Cash Reserves are $455,970.55 with Schwab.
o
Cash balance is $95,970.95.

accept this Treasurer’s Report.

- Facilities & Grounds – Jory Abrams
- Toilet Signs were handed
out. If anyone got missed or need more, contact Jory or Walt.
- Cart Area Signs – placed
on gazebos near carts
- Pump Station – Pump motor
rebuilt - Breakers are over sized & Jory will work with Wibbing to
downsize them.
- Homes with walkway
infringement – Jory noted that several homes infringe on moorage
walkway. Will give ARC a list.
- Pembina Update – Moorage
residents need to continue to weigh in with City of Portland, State
of Oregon and Port Of Portland.
- Stray Current Class and
Pamphlets.- A handout will be delivered to each home and a short
article will be placed in Dock Talk.
- Honey Pot Cleaning –
Annual cleaning scheduled for Sept 24th for $125 per
honeypot. Price goes down as more Homes sign up. Will place in
Dock Talk.
- Wake Buoy Update – No
money, no resources at Multnomah County Sherrifs. The State Marine
Board bought many new buoys and two jet skis for patrolling and
slowing boaters. They have been installed in Multnomah Channel
before boat engine broke. They will install some in North Portland
Harbor when boat is fixed and Jory requested they have Columbia
County help put a couple in sooner. – cameras can be installed too
– Jimme’ is volunteering to have a camera installed at her home for
river speeder monitoring. Marine Board would like to install large
signs on our pilings regarding No Wake Zone Bank to Bank and Board
approved.

– Board affirmed the rule that no commercial vehicles will be allowed in parking
lot overnight or beyond hours of M-F 8-5 without Board approval.

nor be a party to any sanction for exclusive use of any of WHIMOA’s
Common Facilities or Common Areas.
