- The President called the meeting to order at 19:00
and determined there was a quorum with all members present.
- Reading & Approval of the Minutes of Previous Meeting
- The Secretary had e-mailed minutes from the
previous meeting.
- Motioned, seconded and passed unanimously to
approve the previous Board Meeting minutes.
- Treasurer’s Report
- January HOA Fees Current
- Jan Water: $6,489.36
- MTD 129.8% of budget and YTD 10.8% of Annual
Budget.
- Dec paid Jan Landscaping: $1,755.00
- MTD 100%% of budget and YTD 7.8% of Annual
Budget.
- Jan MTD Total Expenses were 116.4% of budget & YTD
6.5% of Annual Budget.
- No Sewer Charge, $4,000.00 Accrued as
anticipated expense.
- Jan Cash reserves: $408,606.82 with Schwab.
- February HOA Fees current except 1 delinquent
- Feb Water: $4,589.91
- MTD 91.8% of budget and YTD 18.5% of Annual
Budget.

- New Signs for Trash Areas are on F&G agenda.
- We sent letter to Planning & Sustainability
about propane Facility.
- Waiting on revised bill for sewer fees.
- #20 Requested to plant honeysuckles up near
gate - Beautification committee approved.
- All Trees have been pruned.

HIBP Security Questionaire –
Unanimous conclusion to discontinue patrols – will answer Questionaire
accordingly. Noted that most other main business have their own security
anyway.

#20 Fence update – Residents have chosen to not receive emails
from certain BOD and ARC members. Will write new letter from ARC and Jory will
attempt to deliver.

CCR and By-Law changes passed by the General membership will be
recorded by the WHIMOA Secretary with Multnomah County next week. (Sec note:
Recording took place on Mar 10)

- New Business
- The Secretary reiterated that the CCRs & By-Laws
have now been changed to allow email notification. This means that if
you have an email address on file with either the BOD or on the WHIMOA
website, you should expect certain notifications by that form of
delivery. If you have blocked certain senders (namely BOD members) just
because you don’t care to receive their emails, you are advised to
re-consider. The Secretary will consider any email sent as having been
received by recipients.

This is a booklet and website that is full of recycling locations for
just about anything you no longer need. We have 1 copy which will be
located in the Office. Free additional copies can be ordered on the
