ANNUAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF WEST HAYDEN ISLAND MOORAGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION

TIME & PLACE:  Immediately following the General Membership Meeting on Sunday, January 25, 2015, at the WHIMOA Moorage Office, 2630 N Hayden Island Drive, Portland, Oregon 97217.

Board Members Present:

• Mr. Rick Ruffo, President

• Ms. Nancy Lindgren, 1^st Vice President

• Mr Walt LeDoux, Secretary

• Ms. Ann Jacobsen, Treasurer

Board Members Absent:

• Ms. Jory Abrams, 2nd Vice President

Order Of Business

• The President called the meeting to order & determined there was a quorum with 4 Members Present

• Old Business

o        Moved & Seconded to Ratify/Indemnify Actions of Directors of Prior Year.

o        Passed unanimously 

• New Business

o        Election of Officers.

• Walt LeDoux Moved that we elect the following Board Members to the following Officer positions:

  • President: Rick Ruffo

  • 1^st Vice President: Nancy Lindgren

  • 2^nd Vice President: Jory Abrams

  • Secretary: Walt LeDoux

  • Treasurer: Ann Jacobsen

• Seconded

• Passed unanimously

• Reminder Date, Time, & Place for next Board Meeting.

o        Day – First Thursday in March (Mar 5, 2015).

o        Time – 1900 (7:00pm).

o        Place – Moorage Office.
