§ Trailer Parking rule change. Time limit and frequency.
· Board discussed this in great detail.
· Issue is the frequency by a few owners who habitually bring their trailers in, park them for 3 days, move the trailer out for a day or 2, then bring it back for 3 more days.
· We also see our electrical bill increase because of the overuse of the privilege.
· After review of the existing rule, which allows 72 hrs in any 10 day period, we may just want to change it to 48 hrs or 24 hrs (but haven’t completely agreed on which) and fully enforce the 10 day period.
o Violation & Adjudication – Rick Ruffo
