- Call to Order
- The Chair called the meeting to order at 19:00 and
determined there was a quorum with four members present.
- Reading & Approval of the Minutes of Previous Meeting
- The Secretary had e-mailed minutes from the
previous meeting.
- Motioned, seconded and passed unanimously to
approve the previous Board Meeting minutes.
- Treasurer’s Report
- Dues: All dues are current through July.
- July. Water: At $5,328.63, MTD 122.5% of budget
and YTD 123.6%.
- Annual rate increases went into effect
- Water 7% from $3.441 to $3.682 per CCF
- Sewer 3.28% from $8.685 to $9.057 Per CCF
- June paid July Landscaping Was $1,777.00. MTD
111% of budget and YTD 113.5%.
- YTD Total Expenses: 111% of budget.
- Cash reserves: $455,918.77 with Schwab.
- Cash Balance is $155,918.77.
- Purchased $60,000.00 CD w/Bank of China .4%,
Matures 08/06/2015.
- $1,086.00 Gate painting applied to reserves.
- $1,200.00 Gutter cleaning applied to reserves.
- $786.68 Garage repairs applied to reserves.
- Jory stated Catch Basin expense likely will not
happen this year.
- Full Financial report is filed with Minutes.
- Motioned, seconded and passed unanimously to
accept this Treasurer’s Report.

Garage A rotting “Belly Band” board on So. Side replacement needed.
Jory will seek repair bids.

Tree removal - Walt was reminded that he would try removing dead
trees.
§
Office Door Light needs power – Jory will ask CW for help.

Gerry's garage work...inspected, pounded in nails on the gutters,
fixed a leak midspan, caulked/painted garage siding that had separated.
§
Power Transformer boxes – we can’t paint as they are PGE
ownership.
§
Dock Carts - HD carts aren’t ours – There are some wheel barrow
type carts in the Maintenance garage.
§
Fire Ext Boxes replaced all next to
garages.
§
Will need more funds for walkway units
next year.
§
Speeding – New people - need to be
contacted.
