Call to Order
The President called the meeting to order at 19:08 and determined there was a quorum with five members present.
Reading & Approval of the Minutes of Previous Meeting
The Secretary had e-mailed minutes from the previous meeting.
Motioned, seconded and passed unanimously to approve the previous Board Meeting minutes.
Treasurer’s Report
Dues: All dues are current.
May. Water: At $4315.23, MTD 99.2% of budget and YTD 109.9%.
Sewer not billed but Accrued the $2,000.00 estimate.
The April payment was not received by Water Bureau, Stop payment and sent new check. Bureau reversed late charges.
Apr. Landscaping (Paid in May.): Not billed yet
Accrued the budgeted of $1600.00.
MTD 100% of budget and YTD 105.5%.
MTD Total Expenses: 99.1% of budget & YTD 105.5%.
Cash reserves: $460,417.01 with Schwab.
Cash Balance is $120,417.01
No planned CD purchases due to planned garage repair expenses.

Old Business: Standing Committee Reports
Facilities & Grounds – Jory Abrams
§ Garage Floor Update. – 9 garages will be worked on over the next 2 weeks – try to do 5 next week. PODs arrive Friday.
§ Crack Sealing Bid. – Walked the lot and driveway, sealing works best on ¼ in or wider cracks. 1500 lf estimate. Cost $1085.00. Board decided to delay decision
§ Gate Painting Bid. -$1085.00 – Board approved moving forward with contract. FYI our facilities are aging and we should consider planning for maintenance items every 3-5 years.
§ Landscaping Report – Soil dig out behind garages was completed. Big effort at west end where neighbor sprinkler leaks and brought lots of dirt onto our property. Root intrustion under siding. Neighbors’ drainage comes into our systems.
§ West Gazebo Painting - south side was primed & painted after the Moorage Work Day - Long Range ideas such as vinyl or aluminum should be considered.
§ No Wake Buoys – asking for more buoys - $250 each. – would like to consider this. Need to get approval from Marine board but Class Harbor doing without permission.
o Fire, Security And Safety – Nancy Lindgren
§ Temp Visitor Vs Perm Resident for Vehicle stickers. Guidelines for needing a parking sticker is 2 months or more. A separate temp list will be kept.
§ Compliance W/ Stickers. Nancy to notify all that stickers are mandatory and they have 1 week to comply.
§ Cargo Van. – Will re- address if issue isn’t resolved.
§ Fire Standpipe test report. Tested OK from PFD
§ Fire extinguisher testing and private hydrant testing coming in June. Done, new boxes for garages offered too.
§ Garage lights replacement bid was $1000 to replace 14 lights. Approved

§ Received New construction request & Packet from Andresens (53).
§ Vicky (38) repairing trellis on N. Side and replacing sliders with French Doors.
