Order of Business:

• The President called the meeting to order and determined there was a quorum present.

 OLD BUSINESS:

• Treasurer’s Report read and accepted

• Facilities and Grounds

·         Spring Clean UP discussed, Jory and team getting all the needed items, list of items to be done prepared

·         Garage Floor Refinishing-approval to proceed obtained

·         Painting bid for front gate was under $1000.  Will proceed with final steps to complete

·         Paint on top of pump station rusting.  Jory to contact vendor

• Fire, Safety and Security

·         Rick to speak with CW for bid on new light system for garages

·         Fake cameras on hold

·         No further break-ins have occurred

·         Sticker non compliance discussed.  Reminder to be send to all who have not gotten stickers.  Issue now is not putting them on vehicles

• ARC

·         Issue of an owner’s boat in disrepair resolved as it is not visible in moorage at present

• Adjudication

·         No issues at present
