• Call to Order
  • The President called the meeting to order at 19:00 and determined there was a quorum with five members present.

• Reading & Approval of the Minutes of Previous Meeting

• The Secretary had e-mailed minutes from the previous meeting.

• Motioned, seconded and passed unanimously to approve the previous Board Meeting minutes.

• Treasurer’s Report
  • Dues: All dues are current. One owner has caught up for 2 Months in Apr
  • Mar. Water: At $3,412.19, MTD 78.4% of budget and YTD 101.8%.
    • Sewer not included but $1,500.00 is the expensed amount
    • The POC, Dave Hoselitz says hid POC has been Out Of Office
  • Feb. Landscaping (Paid in Mar.): At $3,704.50.

• MTD 123.5% of budget and YTD 101.8%.

• Sewer Pump Re-build was $3,310.00 includes tank cleaning.
• Mar Total Expenses: 94% of budget.
• Cash reserves: $447,204.71 with Schwab.
  • Cash Balance is $157,204.71
  • Will Purchase CDs in Apr

• Old Business:  Standing Committee Reports

• Facilities & Grounds – Jory Abrams  Will be back around 22nd

§  Pump Station Invoice. Covered In Treasurer’s report

§  Sign Post (Rick) will be installed using some spare fire extinguisher stanchions as additional strength and outdoor lumber.  Jory mentioned we need to be sure the “Realtor board” is installed with outdoor lumber too.

§  Water Vault Lid (Rick) : Will use corrugated plastic panels over “well”.  Should be able to lock it down and slide it away.

§  Landscaping. –

·         Or Grapes, parking areas, roses will be fertilized in April.

·         Back side of garages need weeding and move dirt away from walls, still too wet

·         Gazebo planter.  Beautification committee will discuss next step. 

·         Will call gardener tomorrow  to tell him not to fertilize rhodies (Ann will do)

§  Spring Cleanup.  Few signups.  More people may sign up as time goes on.  Jory will send an email reminder

o   Fire, Security And Safety – Nancy Lindgren

§  Options to improve security were discussed.  Report was submitted & included in minutes.

§  Parking Stickers Update:   Got several more to sign up.  Most have gotten them now.

§  Walt will verify that the Rule change on parking stickers is sent out.

§  Stop Sign Runners (from Rick) – looking into other options – All owners are reminded that the stop sign must be observed.

• Architectural Review – Walt LeDoux

§  No Report – Walt suggested the ARC review could wait until June when he returns.

§  Rick asked that we check on status of new house projected to go into one slip.  Walt will email owners.
