§ Pump Station Invoice. Covered In Treasurer’s report
§ Sign Post (Rick) will be installed using some spare fire extinguisher stanchions as additional strength and outdoor lumber. Jory mentioned we need to be sure the “Realtor board” is installed with outdoor lumber too.
§ Water Vault Lid (Rick) : Will use corrugated plastic panels over “well”. Should be able to lock it down and slide it away.
§ Landscaping. –
· Or Grapes, parking areas, roses will be fertilized in April.
· Back side of garages need weeding and move dirt away from walls, still too wet
· Gazebo planter. Beautification committee will discuss next step.
· Will call gardener tomorrow to tell him not to fertilize rhodies (Ann will do)
§ Spring Cleanup. Few signups. More people may sign up as time goes on. Jory will send an email reminder
o Fire, Security And Safety – Nancy Lindgren
§ Options to improve security were discussed. Report was submitted & included in minutes.
§ Parking Stickers Update: Got several more to sign up. Most have gotten them now.
§ Walt will verify that the Rule change on parking stickers is sent out.
§ Stop Sign Runners (from Rick) – looking into other options – All owners are reminded that the stop sign must be observed.
§ No Report – Walt suggested the ARC review could wait until June when he returns.
§ Rick asked that we check on status of new house projected to go into one slip. Walt will email owners.
