• Call to Order
  • The President called the meeting to order at 19:00 and determined there was a quorum with five members present.

• Reading & Approval of the Minutes of Previous Meeting

• The Secretary had e-mailed minutes from the previous meeting.

• Motioned, seconded and passed unanimously to approve the previous Board Meeting minutes.

• Treasurer’s Report
  • Dues: All dues are current.
  • Jan. Water: At $4,762.42, MTD 108.3% of budget and YTD 108.3%.
  • Dec. Landscaping (Paid in Jan.): At $1,860.00, MTD 116.3% of budget and YTD 116.3%.
  • Supplies & Postage (Covers Annual Meeting expenses and Parking Stickers) - $561.53
  • Jan. Total Expenses: 105.4% of budget and 105.4% YTD.
  • Cash reserves: $427,730.71 with Schwab.
    • Cash Balance is $149,730.71
  • Feb. Water: At $5,308.83, MTD 118% of budget and YTD 113.2%.
    • High due to winter freeze
    • Sewer not included but $2900.00 is the expensed amount
  • Jan .Landscaping (Paid in Feb.): At $472.00, MTD 47% of budget and YTD 90%.
  • Feb Total Expenses: 101% of budget and 104% YTD.
  • Cash reserves: $438,937.56 with Schwab.

• Facilities & Grounds – Jory Abrams

§  Pump Station report

·         Pump was rebuilt but we haven’t received invoice.

·         Tank was also cleaned

§  An owner asked to issue a reminder regarding cleaning up after pets.

§  Missing scooper & rake on East end. – Rick will get replacements

§  Jim Pidgeon made an attempt to cut down on the wake created by the 3 companies that regularly run their boats up and down the harbor.  Contacts are attached.

§  Newly placed Oregonian boxes in the gazebos – Distributor was told to remove them.

§  Grounds Keepers will repair broken sprinkler line in March and work on gazebo undermined area when Weather (Wx) permits

o   Fire, Security And Safety – Nancy Lindgren

§  Garage break-in

·         Talked to Depaul & they are going to aim one of their cameras toward our property.

·         Got a quote for another beam at $1300.

·         Nancy will talk to HIBP security.

§  Parking stickers.

·         Many have gotten them but not installed.

·         Walt to write change to rules and submit for approval.

• Architectural Review – Walt LeDoux
  • Walt will be gone from 14 Mar to Mid June

• Spring ARC survey will be postponed til after his return.
• Unless someone else can fill in.

o   By-Laws, CC&Rs And Rules – Ann Jacobsen

§  Rule change for stickers – Walt will work on it.

o   Violation & Adjudication – Rick Ruffo

§  One owner hasn’t paid some fines..

§  Walt will email the owner with a reminder.

• New Business

o   Need to ask for committee volunteers.

§  Post request in gazebo.

o   Garage door damaged – owner caused so owner is responsible

o   Spring clean-up

§  May but not Memorial day weekend

§  Only heard from 11 owners wanting them fixed.

§  C-6 is still in question.  C7 & C8 are the office and storage garage.

o   Leak in roof of A1 repaired and wasn’t bad enough to need drywall repair
