• Call to Order
  • The President called the meeting to order at 19:00 and determined there was a quorum with four members present.

• Reading & Approval of the Minutes of Previous Meeting

• The Secretary had e-mailed minutes from the previous meeting.

• Motioned, seconded and passed unanimously to approve the previous Board Meeting minutes.

• Treasurer’s Report
  • Dues: All dues are current.
  • OctoberWater: At $4,239.99, MTD 114.6% of budget and YTD 124.8%.
  • Sept.Landscaping (Paid in Oct.): At $1,750.00, MTD 116.7% of budget and YTD 96.7%.
  • October Insurance Renewals: At $36,691.00, MTD 115.2% of budget and YTD 114.7%.
  • October Total Expenses: 113.9% of budget and 110.9% YTD.
  • Cash reserves: $449,552.41 with Schwab.
    • Cash Balance is $169,552.41
    • No Additional CD’s will be purchased until November Property Taxes are paid.
  • Full Financial report is filed with Minutes
  • Motioned, seconded and passed unanimously to accept this Treasurer’s Report.

§  Pump Station Report included with recorded Minutes

·         Recommendation was to clean pump station

·         If we put in guide rails, we can do cleaning then

·         If we don’t do rails, we should clean now

·         3 Ph Vs 1 Ph pumps not a priority.

·         Would need “VFD” to run 3Ph pump

·         Not recommended either.

·         Lots of Info – Need to analyze

§  Email reminders

·         Cars parked out during trips

o   Some cars not moved regularly

o   #17 moved car recently

·         Pet food left for critters

§  Cars not moved/registration- all registered, 2 not moved recently

§  Parking Stickers

·         Report included with recorded minutes

·         Include Serial #s to ID Vehicles

·         Write in serial #s not possible for “inside window” stickers.

·         Sticker to be White Background with Blue lighthouse Owners serialed from 1 to 600 and tenants from 601 to 1000

·         Static cling type not recommended

·         Recommend inside windshield, on right side.

·         Formal proposal from committee to be voted on in Dec.

• Architectural Review
  • Antenna Issues Letter to 40
    • Secretary recommended a response reiterating the points of the letter.
    • Suggest they submit a request to the Board for permission to place an antenna.
    • Need a drawing.
  • # 30 Boat in disrepair
    • Secretary to write Notification to owner.
  • Both (email) letters will be submitted to Board before sending.

o   By-Laws, CC&Rs And Rules

§  Rule clarification on house-sitters, guests, etc.

·         Maybe just a periodic reminder letter asking owners to let Board know you have guests.

o   Violation & Adjudication

§  Un-muzzled dog Letter to 18.

·         30 days are up without any response from owner.

§  Email to all asking for candidates for 2 positions we have open (Nancy and Rick’s)
