Committee Reports
§
Garage Floors:
·
Ann & Nancy Met w/Gary Jochim
·
Gary gave an assessment that the floors were
poured with either too wet concrete or during heavy rain.
·
Recommended Ball bearing or Resin bead (sand
blasting). Any other process would just be a “bandaid”.
·
Could do just the middle part rather than the
whole garage
·
Also recommended Brightway Cleaning –
503.286.4900
·
Estimate 260 Sq Ft rather than 440
·
Jory got another recommendation to use CoolTex.
But consensus was that it would not be anything but the bandaid spoken to above.
·
Jory will call Brightway.
§
Pump Station:
·
Checked on other contractors and all referrals
came back to the contractor we now use. Webbing Pump Service
·
Will budget for replacement and rebuild of the
other older pump (we own a spare pump).

permanent but will last until we can budget to replace at ~$2400.
·
Will contact building management of complex to
our north for permission to work from their parking lot.
·
Also need to check on digging out some of the
dirt behind.
§
E-car update.
·
Current e-car uses less electricity than
refrigerator/freezers and is not an issue.
·
Refrigerator/Freezers cost anywhere from $15
to $30/month depending on age, energy efficiency, weather, how much food is
inside, etc
·
We can verify existing and new e-car power
usage if future concern arises.
