Determination of Quorum.

The President called
the meeting to order and determined there was a quorum with four members
present.

Reading & Approval Of The
Minutes Of Previous Meeting

The Secretary
e-mailed minutes from the previous meeting.

Moved, seconded
and passed unanimously to approve October, 2012’s Board Meeting
minutes.

All moorage dues are
current.
-
Water for October ran
3% over budget and 90% of budget year-to-date. Landscaping year-to-date
is 12% over budget. YTD total expenses are currently 98% of Budget.

Tree Trimming,
included in this year’s expenses will be moved to the Long Range
Planning Reserves.

Cash reserves are
$432k.

passed unanimously to approve the Treasurer’s Report.

Standing Committee Reports
§
Facilities & Grounds – (in Rick Ruffo’s absence)
o
The test to correct concrete sloughing in garages C&D will be
evaluated over the winter.
o
The basketball hoop and backboard replacement project is in
process.
§
Fire, Security & Safety – Nancy Lindgren
o
Identifying WHIMOA vehicles is deemed impractical.
o
An email was sent out to the membership concerning vehicle
speeding. If speeding continues, speed bumps may be the only solution.
§
Architectural Review – Clyde Cornell
o
A letter was sent to the owner requiring home completion.
§
By-Laws, CC&Rs And Rules
o
There is no length of time for home sitting assuming the sitter is
not paying rent.
§
Violation & Adjudication – Charlie Arkebauer
o
No report.
§
Emails and posts have been made regarding Board Positions #3 and
#4 open in 2013.
§
Facilities & Grounds – (in Rick Ruffo’s absence)
o
Delaminating of bulletin board cork in the West Gazebo will be
addressed.
