Order Of Business

• Call to Order; Determination of Quorum.
  • The President called the meeting to order and determined there was a quorum with all members present.

• Reading & Approval Of The Minutes Of Previous Meeting

• The Secretary e-mailed minutes from the previous meeting.

• Moved, seconded and passed unanimously to approve September, 2012’s Board Meeting minutes.

• Treasurer’s Report

• One homeowner has not paid September dues..
• Water for September ran 18% over budget and 89% of budget year-to-date. Landscaping year-to-date is 12% over budget.  YTD total expenses are currently 97% of Budget.
• Cash reserves are $456k
• Moved, seconded and passed unanimously to approve the Treasurer’s Report.

• Old Business

o       Standing Committee Reports

§         Facilities & Grounds – Rick Ruffo

o       A test was conducted in Garage C-10 to correct the concrete sloughing issue.

o       The Bulletin Board in the West Gazebo is being replaced.

o       Gerry Abrams discussed the current landscaping budget and will work with the Budget Committee on next year’s budget.

§         Fire, Security And Safety

o       An email will be sent to residents about vehicle speeding

o       The need for and a means of identifying resident vehicles will be discussed with the Committee.

§         Architectural Review – Clyde Cornell

o       Dock Walk Letters will be sent out.

o       A home completion issue will be addressed.

§         By-Laws, CC&Rs And Rules

o       CC&R Changes Registration has been completed.

o       Length of time permitted for house sitting will be discussed with the Committee.

§         Violation & Adjudication – Charlie Arkebauer

o       Should there be confirmed sightings of muzzle non-compliance, the offending owner will be subject to a fine.

§         Fire, Security and Safety

o       Vehicle speeding and the need for vehicle identification was referred to  

      committee.

§         Architectural Review

o       The condition of float #53 will be viewed and the owner contacted if there are any       ARC violations

§         Board positions #3 and #4 will be open at the end of 2012 and new member applications

will be requested via email and posting on the Gazebo Bulletin Boards.
