§ Facilities & Grounds – Rick Ruffo
o An RV Plug-in was added. Thank you CW for doing this.
o Lighthouse bulbs were changed to match.
o The East Ramp Light that continues to switch off will be looked into.
o Spring Clean-up will be set fairly soon.
o Walkway Leveling – Waiting for finalizing.
o Garage Concrete Sloughing – Will conduct a test in one garage.
o Fir Trees near the gate need removing.
§ Fire, Security & Safety – Nancy Lindgren
o House Guests need to be registered with the BOD. As this is not being followed,
a reminder email will be sent to the owners.
§ Architectural Review
o Notice has been sent out to remove brown/blue boat tarps.
§ By-Laws, CC&Rs & Rules – Ann Jacobsen
o CC&R changes voted in at the Annual Meeting will be registered.
§ Violations and Adjudications – Charlie Arkebauer
o The Board determined that if Insurance renewals are not provided after the second
request, they will be referred to Violations and Adjudications.

Due to the noise factor, Cheryl Lund discussed changing the CC&Rs
and Rules to prohibit remodeling construction and home maintenance activity by
the slip owner and/or residential contractor (an owner who is acting as a
contractor) on Sundays and Holidays. Moving this forward will require a change
in the CC&Rs which requires 75% of owners approving. She also questioned
whether the Rule concerning residential (inside) contractors contradicted the
applicable CC&R. A majority of the Board felt it did not.
