• President (Chair) - Call to Order; Determination Of Quorum:

o        The President called the meeting to order and announced that, with three Board Members present, a quorum was established.

• Election of Officers
  • President: Clyde Cornell
    • Moved, seconded and passed unanimously
  • 1^st Vice President: Nancy Lindgren
    • Moved, seconded and passed unanimously
  • 2^nd Vice President: Rick Ruffo
    • Moved, seconded and passed unanimously
  • Treasurer: Ann Jacobsen
    • Moved, seconded and passed unanimously
  • Secretary: Charlie Arekbauer
    • Moved, seconded and passed unanimously

• Motion to Approve/Indemnify the Actions of the Previous Board of Directors
  • The new BOD approves and indemnifies the actions of the previous BOD

• Reminder Date, Time, & Place for next Board Meeting.
