Order Of Business

• ·        Call to Order; Determination of Quorum.

o       The President called the meeting to order and announced that with the Board Members present, a quorum was established.

• ·        Reading & Approval Of The Minutes Of Previous Meeting

• The Secretary e-mailed minutes from the previous meeting.

• Moved, seconded and passed unanimously to approve December’s Board Meeting minutes.

• Our next meeting will be the General Meeting.

• ·        Treasurer’s Report

• Moorage dues from two slips are delinquent, with both owners anticipate payment soon.

• YTD water and sewer is running 12% over budget.

• The 2011 Budget has been developed will be presented to the Board for approval.

• It was moved, seconded and passed unanimously to approve the Treasurer’s Report.

• Standing Committee reports

• Facilities & Grounds – Clyde Cornell

• Fire, Security & Safety – Pat Buescher

·        Clyde has received new signs to replace the No Trespassing signs and will be hung the first dry day..

• New Business

• Trashmasters, our waste hauler, has sold to Waste Management.  Our price will not change.  Termination terms will be negotiated.  An alternative, hauling our own waste was discussed.

• Lorraine and Pat were both thanked for their time and energy serving on the Board.
