- Moorage dues delinquencies continue for a few slips.

- Facilities & Grounds – Clyde Cornell
§ The lighthouse sign was discussed. Nancy Lindgren will be asked to contact Jimee Peters about her offer to pay to redo the sign.

- Fire, Security & Safety – Clyde Cornell
· A number of excellent suggestions were presented to increase security after discussions with the police and others. Prices on these various alternatives will be presented to the Board. Security camera signage will be added now.
· If a professional wants to get in, he will get in. To minimize loss vehicles should be parked in the owner’s garage. If a vehicle is parked outside, it should be parked in the South parking spots, with valuables and gate and garage remotes removed; and the vehicle clean. If a vehicle is vandalized, the owner should contact the police on the non emergency line, or via email. By not parking in their garage, the owner is assuming the risk that their vehicle may be broken-into.
· The police will be contacted to determine if they will patrol inside the premises.
· Inez West presented her dog’s veterinarian bill to determine if Moorage insurance covers this incident.
