· Call to Order; Determination of Quorum.
o The President called the meeting to order and announced that with 4 Board Members present, a quorum was established.
· Reading & Approval Of The Minutes Of Previous Meeting
The Secretary e-mailed out minutes from the previous meeting.
Because a majority of the Board members present had not read the minutes, they were not approved.
· Treasurer’s Report – Ann Jacobsen, Treasurer
The Treasurer announced that we continue to be ($960) under budget for 2009.
Accounts receivable is still off due to non-payment of dues from one slip
Standing Committee reports
Facilities & Grounds – Clyde Cornell
§ Garage floors deteriorating
o In approximately 20 garages, the top surface is sloughing off
o Clyde to contact a cement contractor for advice/bid
§ The Work Party Committee will meet May 8 to determine the projects for the May 15 Work Party. Painting the entrance lighthouses and gate were suggested as options.
Fire, Security And Safety – Pat Buescher
§ No new business.
Architectural Review – Lorraine Creek
§ Pat Buescher read the report submitted by Jimme Peters stating that the ARC has begun giving a 45 day completion date in the approval letters to encourage prompt repairs/improvements, unless otherwise noted for lengthy repairs.
§ Spring walk through is scheduled for May 22nd. Reminder emails have been sent in advance with suggestions of fixes for the common issues resulting from the winter months of weather.

· HINOON & Columbia River Crossings Project – Neighborhood Rep, Gary Furgason
From the April 8th meeting, the West Hayden Island study on economic feasibility will be presented to the Portland City Council in July.
The May 22nd cleanup (HICCUP) was established.
On May 13th final plans will be presented for the Columbia River Crossings Project.
