TIME & PLACE: 7:00 PM on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at the Moorage Office (C-7) located at 2630 N. Hayden Island Drive, Portland, Oregon, 97217.

Order Of Business

§  Steve reports that all slip are in compliance

o        A couple of problems were detected and repaired

§  Garage floors deteriorating

o        Top surface is turning to dust, exposing aggregate underneath

o        Clyde surveyed membership and problem appears limited to “C” garages

§  Clyde to contact a cement contractor for advice/bid

§  Cold weather is upon us

o        Ice melt provided at base of each ramp

o        Do not throw out containers (plastic jugs) as we have ample supply for re-filling

§  Exit gate no longer sticks open, motor appears to be in good shape

§  Manufactured home park to east has had cars hit by thieves

o        Jacobsens encountered one resident who says the thieves are escaping through our moorage

o        CW and Steve will contact him to discuss

§  Licensed and bonded contractors, not required by CC&Rs

o        Moorage attorney does not believe CC&Rs need to require, but that it is probably within the rights of the moorage to do so

§  Another possibility is to place limitation on specific trades

§  Enforcement would be difficult and time consuming

o        After discussion, BOD agree to take no further action, that each slip owner is responsible for their own actions
