• Water was under budget last month
• Maintenance -$4,900 under budget YTD
• Schwabe CD has matured
  • Looking for best investment now, another CD or a bond
  • Best to go with a short-term instrument, anticipating better rates later

• Giving up on MicroSoft package, ordered two months ago
• Geek Squad was next step, did not workout
• Skip has purchased the hardware directly from WiFi Link

·        Ramp Lighting – Mike Maiden

• Two-strand LED rope lights with 100,000 hour ratings
  • Testing now
  • Need approximately 975 feet of light rope, $.98 per foot
  • Also need aluminum angle backing at $.72 per foot
• Another alternative is commercial grade light rope with 33,000 hour rating
  • Inexpensive at $65 for 150’ roll
• Placing light inside curve of ramp handrail will result in subtle glow on ramp surface
