Order Of Business

• Call to Order; Determination Of Quorum

o                            The President called the meeting to order and announced that with all Board Members present, a quorum was established.

• Reading & Approval Of The Minutes Of Previous Meeting

  • The Secretary passed out minutes of the Board Meeting of June 1, 2006.

    • Moved and seconded to accept Minutes.

    • Vote on motion passed unanimously.

• Treasurer’s Report

  • P&L Budget

    • YTD – On budget.

    • June had some over budget costs for new planters and sprinkler components.

  • Balance Sheet – $165,282.16.

  • Aging – 1 account over 60 days.

  • Schwab Account – $138,409.37

  • Moved & Seconded to accept Treasurers Report.

  • Vote on motion passed unanimously.

• Old Business

  • Beautification Committee – Presentation by Ann Weisensee, Shannon & Jon Case, Mary Martin.

    • The committee presented numerous ideas which the board agreed were acceptable projects.

o                                                                         Plants or Shrubs at gate.

o                                                                        Dead tree near West end.

o                                                                        Clean up wetlands area.

o                                  Barkdust – borrow against reserves.

§                                                                         Moved and seconded to borrow against reserves and pay back from general funds.

§                                                                         Passed with 1 no vote.

                               Flagpole

                          New Slats in Fencing.

o                                                                        Gazebo bird nests.

o                                                                                    Some projects must be delayed until late summer.

o                                                                                    Others can be done in conjunction with fall work party.

• CW suggested that the BC meet with the F&G C and iron out how/when/who will get proposed projects done.

• Moved and seconded to deny funds for park benchs, passed with 1 abstention.

• Standing Committee Reports

  • Facilities & Grounds

o                                                                        Dye Tests.

o                                                                        Safety Rails – Status – will be delivered Sat

o                                                                        Storm Drain Sumps – need cleaning

• Fire, Security And Safety

o                                                                        Hose Bibs Survey – No new information.

o                                                                        Fire Stanchion pressure test completed & passed – need to clear out water to prevent freezing

• Architectural Review

o                                                                        Request received from #32 to do some minor remodel work.

• By-Laws, CC&Rs And Rules

o                                    CCR & ByLaws changes are recorded, will copy and distribute.

• Violation & Adjudication

o        Waiting for fine procedure from attorney.

• No Wake Zone Signage.

  • Walt Met with Sheriff Patrol.

  • They wanted our help but only designated 3 signs near our moorage.

  • Anchorage weighed about 200# - thought we wouldn’t have an easy way to distribute.

• Fine procedure – Assistance from Attorney?

  • John hasn’t had time to deal with it. Yet.

• New Business

  • Someone’s kids were throwing rocks from bank – no play zone

• Work party time - Sept 30^th.

• Reminder Time and Place for next Board Meeting.

  • Day – First Thursday in August (Aug 3).

  • Time – 1900 (7:00pm).

  • Place – Moorage Office.

	Reminder Date and Time for next Annual Membership Meeting. Day - Tentatively set for the 4th Sunday in January (January 28th, 2007).  (The next 3 Superbowls are on the 1st Sunday in Feb.) Time – Tentatively 1600 (4:00 PM).
