o The President called the meeting to order and announced that with all Board Members present, a quorum was established.
Reading & Approval Of The Minutes Of Previous Meeting
The Secretary passed out minutes of the Board Meeting of December 1, 2005.
Moved and seconded to accept Minutes.
Vote on motion passed unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report
The Treasurer passed out copies of the Balance Sheet, P&L (for the month of December, for January through December), A/R Aging, and Reserve Account Statements.
Reserve account has $51,000 in Cash and $51,000 in CDs.
Want to put another $25,000 Cash into a CD.
Our A/R Aging is very good. Nearly everyone is current.
P&L statements are showing about $6,800 to the good.
The Balance Sheet shows total assets of $114,772.51.
Motion to accept the Treasurer’s report seconded and passed with a unanimous decision.

Dye Project
Odor may be from #8 who were having an otter problem under the house
o Fresh water check valves.
2 valves Replaced and Inspection sent to City.
Total cost was $582.
Will be placed on automatic annual test.
o Mutt Mitts need to be ordered – Pat will take care of ordering
o President asked Treasurer to get credit cards for the directors.
o Discussed the cold weather valves and the hissing noise. Valves are adjustable.
o West Ramp Landing had a mismatch during high water.
Fix was to bolt removable pins
Cost - $35.
Need Stainless Steel bolts instead of plain steel.
Pile follower on west landing needs bolts.
o Garage roof repairs cost $350. Roofer will give us a quote to replace with “architectural” roofing.
#49 also reported a leak coming in from the wall on his Garage

Alarm bracket was bent again – need to find culprit
Architectural Review
#41 asked for help opening walk to move house in but ARC hasn’t received a submittal.
o Sent out discrepancy letter with Ballot packets.

Response was that the board has sent letters to all violators.

As of 2 January, we only have 25 out of 56 slips with proper proof.
